Maria emphasises her complete engagement with individual form as it evolves and provokes new ideas:
“Working with flat sheets of earthenware clay i will build forms that explore form. My vessels gives me a canvas to build texture and pattern that invites the handler to investigate the pot and its suggested reference to function.”
